Your Responsibilities for Registration
By using the Service, you affirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other relevant jurisdiction. The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. To use the Service, you agree to the following:
You must meet the 'Minimum Age' requirement (explained below) or be older.
You are limited to a single League Of Tennis account, which must be registered under your real name.
You are not currently restricted by League Of Tennis from using the Service.
Creating an account on behalf of others or for individuals under the age of 18 is a violation of our terms. The 'Minimum Age' is set at 18 years old, unless the law mandates a higher age for League Of Tennis to legally provide the Service to you without parental consent (including the use of your personal data). Additionally, you commit to:
(a) Providing accurate, truthful, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (referred to as 'Registration Data').
(b) Regularly updating the Registration Data to ensure its accuracy, truthfulness, currency, and completeness.
If you provide information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if League Of Tennis has reasonable grounds to suspect such inaccuracies, League Of Tennis retains the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to the Service, either temporarily or permanently. Please keep in mind that the Service is designed to cater to a diverse audience."

Information provided during registration and certain other personal data concerning you are governed by our Privacy Policy. For additional details, please review our comprehensive privacy policy available at http://leagueoftennis.com/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you consent to the collection and utilization of this information, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. This may involve the transfer of your information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing, and utilization by League Of Tennis and its affiliated entities.
Payment
When you make a purchase of any of our paid Services, you commit to paying the relevant fees and taxes as well as adhering to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to fulfill these payment obligations will result in the termination of your access to the paid Services. Additionally, you agree to the following terms:
- We may retain and continue to charge your designated payment method (e.g., credit card) even if it has expired. This is done to ensure uninterrupted access to your Services and to cover payments for any other Services you may acquire.
- If you subscribe to a service, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the commencement of each subscription period for the applicable fees and taxes. To prevent future charges, it is essential to cancel before the renewal date.
- All your Service purchases are subject to League Of Tennis's refund policy.
- We may determine the taxes you owe based on the billing information you provide during the purchase process."
Release of Liability
By registering for the League Of Tennis, you acknowledge and consent to the following release of liability:
I hereby accept full and absolute responsibility for the inherent risks, liabilities, and hazards associated with participating in the League Of Tennis. I agree to indemnify, release, and absolve the League Of Tennis, along with its officers, agents, employees, and all other individuals and entities affiliated, from any and all claims, expenses, legal actions, and obligations, including but not limited to sickness, personal injury, loss of life, and/or harm to or loss of property arising from my involvement League Of Tennis matches. Furthermore, I pledge to adhere to all policies and regulations established by the League Of Tennis, its officers, agents, and staff members. I understand that a failure to adhere to the League Of Tennis's policies may lead to my removal. I confirm my acceptance of these terms by enrolling in the League Of Tennis.
Always prioritise safety. If you are engaging in a match with an unfamiliar opponent, it is advisable to play on courts where other individuals are present or to bring a companion with you to the match.
Indemnity
You consent to indemnify and protect League Of Tennis, along with its affiliated companies, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors, against any claim or request, including reasonable legal fees, brought forth by any third party as a result of or related to the Content you provide, share, transmit, or otherwise make accessible through the Service, your utilization of the Service, your connection to the Service, your breach of the Terms of Service, or your infringement of the rights of any other individual or entity.
Notice
We reserve the right to amend this agreement and our Privacy Policy periodically. In the event of substantial modifications, we will notify you through our services or by other means, granting you the chance to review these alterations before they take effect. We mutually acknowledge that changes will not apply retroactively. Should you disagree with any changes, you have the option to close your account. Your continued use of our services following the publication or transmission of a notice regarding these terms adjustments indicates your consent to the updated terms. League Of Tennis may deliver notices to you, including those pertaining to TOS changes, via email, regular mail, or postings on the service.
